Question 1

What is SITAV LLC?

Accepted Answer

SITAV LLC is a Wyoming-registered 360° digital marketing agency and IT services company. It specializes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and server-side tracking for US e-commerce brands, operating on a flat monthly retainer model rather than a percentage of ad spend.

Question 2

How much does SITAV charge for Meta Ads management?

Accepted Answer

SITAV charges a flat monthly retainer starting at $1,000 per month for Meta Ads management, covering all campaigns, ad sets, and optimization. Additional platforms like TikTok or Google Ads are $250 per platform per month. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and is separate from the retainer. This flat-fee model means the agency has no incentive to inflate your ad budget.

Question 3

Can SITAV run Facebook ads for restricted product categories?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SITAV specializes in restricted and high-scrutiny categories such as knives, tactical gear, and concealed carry products through Meta Verified Ad Account infrastructure — a capability most agencies do not offer. Setup for a verified ad account is a one-time $500 fee.

Question 4

What is server-side tracking and why does SITAV require it?

Accepted Answer

Server-side tracking sends conversion data from your website's server directly to ad platforms, bypassing browser limitations like iOS privacy restrictions and ad blockers that erase 20-40% of conversion data. SITAV implements it using Stape.io and the Meta Conversions API on every engagement, because campaigns optimized on complete data consistently achieve lower CPA and higher ROAS.

Question 5

Does SITAV guarantee results?

Accepted Answer

No — and SITAV advises brands to be cautious of any agency that does, since no agency controls Meta's algorithm or your market. Instead, SITAV guarantees process and transparency: weekly performance reports every Friday, documented optimizations, agreed KPI targets, and full visibility into every dollar spent.

Question 6

What results has SITAV delivered for clients?

Accepted Answer

Documented client results include $145,381 in monthly store revenue from $2,692 in ad spend (20.48x ROAS, 245 orders, $10.99 cost per acquisition against a $30 target), and a first-week campaign ROAS of 27.53x. Case studies with full data are available on request.

Question 7

Where is SITAV located and what markets does it serve?

Accepted Answer

SITAV LLC is registered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA, with operations managed globally. It primarily serves US-based e-commerce brands on Shopify and Wix, typically doing $50K-$500K in monthly revenue.
